For every website we successfully deliver, we plant one tree. We publish a quarterly update showing how many sites have been built and how many trees have been planted.
Our environmental commitment
Already Done runs on servers. Servers use energy. We take that seriously.
We target carbon-neutral operations and are documenting the journey openly.

How we operate ethically
- We don't cold-call. Every contact we make is via email. You can unsubscribe instantly and we will never contact you again.
- We don't lock you in. If you want to leave, we give you everything: your domain transfer code, your files, a clean exit.
- We don't oversell. The site we show you in our initial email is the site you get. No bait and switch. No pressure on the first contact.
- We hold your infrastructure responsibly. We are the custodian of your domain and hosting. We will give you 60 days' notice before any changes that affect your service.
- We pay our taxes. We are a registered UK business. We file returns, we pay what's owed.
Data ethics
We collect only the data we need. We don't sell it. We don't share it beyond what's required to deliver the service. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
The websites we build are for legitimate UK businesses only. We will not build sites for businesses engaged in illegal activity, discrimination, or consumer deception. Full details in our Acceptable Use Policy.
