Already Done provides website building and hosting services to UK small businesses. This policy sets out what we will and will not build or host.
We will build and host websites for
- Legitimate UK-registered or UK-trading sole traders and small businesses
- Service businesses: trades, hospitality, health and beauty, retail, professional services
- Any legal business activity under UK law
We will not build or host websites for
- Any business engaged in illegal activity under UK law
- Businesses promoting discrimination on the basis of race, gender, sexuality, religion, disability, or any other protected characteristic
- Gambling, adult content, or age-restricted content without appropriate licensing
- Businesses that misrepresent their products or services to consumers
- Phishing, scam, or fraudulent operations
Enforcement
If we become aware that a site we have built or host is being used in violation of this policy, we reserve the right to take the site offline immediately and terminate the service without refund.
