These terms apply to all purchases made through alreadydone.uk. By purchasing, you agree to these terms.

What you're buying

Already Done provides professionally built, hosted websites for UK small businesses. Prices start at £99 for a one-page site. Multi-page options are available at £179 and £249 . See alreadydone.uk/#pricing for full details.

All sites are hosted by Already Done on Cloudflare's global network. There is no ongoing hosting fee. You may request a copy of your site files at any time at no charge.

Optional add-ons

Domain name: Registered and managed by Already Done on your behalf, charged at cost (typically £5–10/year depending on extension). Renewed automatically each year. You may transfer the domain to your own registrar at any time. Transfer codes provided on request at no charge.

Business email: £24/year (billed annually) for the first address at your domain. £12/year for each additional address. Requires a domain registered through Already Done.

Copy & SEO edit: £5 per edit, available at any time after purchase.

Monthly report: £5/month subscription. Covers uptime monitoring, visitor statistics, contact form activity, local SEO ranking, and a full site check with any fixes completed. Cancel any time.

Payment

Payment is taken in full at the point of purchase via Stripe. We accept major debit and credit cards. Your payment is processed securely by Stripe (we do not store card details). Subscription add-ons are charged automatically at the agreed interval.

Delivery

Your website will be live within 60 minutes of payment confirmation under normal operating conditions. You will receive an email confirmation once your site is live, with your URL and, where applicable, email credentials.

If delivery takes longer than 4 hours, we will contact you to explain the delay.

Refunds & cancellations

One-off website purchase: You are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the website has not been actively used or linked to from external platforms. To request a refund, email legal@alreadydone.uk.

Domain and email (annual): You may cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. After 14 days, no refund is available for the remaining period, but the service continues until the end of the period paid for.

Monthly report subscription: Cancel any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month. No partial refunds.

Service continuity

We commit to maintaining your site for as long as your service is active. In the unlikely event that Already Done ceases to operate, we will give at least 60 days' notice and provide full access to all files and domain transfer codes.

Limitation of liability

Already Done's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 12 months prior to any claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
