We build websites for small businesses who haven't got round to it yet.
Most small businesses in the UK are brilliant at what they do. Fixing boilers. Cutting hair. Laying patios. But most of them don't have a website, and that means customers who could find them, can't. Already Done exists to fix that.
How it works
We find local businesses with no online presence. We build them a professional one-page website, without being asked. Then we offer it to them for £99.
If they want it, great. If not, no hard feelings.
No sales calls. No lengthy briefs. No months of back and forth. The site is already done. You are just deciding whether to take it.
What we believe
- Small businesses deserve a real online presence. Not a Facebook page. Not a Google Maps listing with no photos. A proper website that works on mobile, loads fast, and tells people what they need to know.
- Done is better than perfect. The best website is one that actually exists. We build clean, fast, honest sites. No bloat. No fluff. No WordPress plugins that break every six months.
- We work at the pace of the internet, not the pace of agencies. Traditional web agencies quote thousands and take months. We turn a site around in minutes. Same quality, far fewer overheads.
- Automation should create value, not extract it. We use technology to make this affordable. We pass those savings on: £99 for something that should cost £500–1,000 elsewhere.
Our environmental commitment
For every website we build and deliver, we plant one tree. We publish a quarterly report showing sites built and trees planted.
We're committed to carbon-neutral operations and documenting the journey openly.
Who's behind this
Already Done is a one-person operation. My name is Dean. I'm a developer based in Scotland. I built this because I kept walking past brilliant local businesses with no website and thought: I could fix that.
Every site is generated using AI tools and checked before it goes out. The emails come from me. The support comes from me. If something goes wrong, I sort it.
